What is intermittent fasting? How can we loose weight?

Iam trying to loose weight but I cannot loose many kilos. My friends suggesting me to start intermittent fasting. Can anyone please suggest me what is intermittent fasting? How it should be started?

Dear first will suggest yes it's good to think about your weight and health but make sure don't copy others advise as every person body is different. Make sure first start with healthy eating . Keto diet help in weight loss how??

I am always overweight and during this lockdown I have gained so much of weight. I am trying to loose it can you please help me keto diet . Is keto diet is really helpful in loosing weight. Is keto diet safe ??

The Weight gain problem is facing by everyboud now these days, I would suggest you to do some exercises or yoga instead of keto diet, have healthy food like add fruits, green vegetables, pulses,sprouts, dryfruits etc in your diet.
